They are called Mission Pacific Hotel and Seabird Resort: they are the two new Californian structures, built in Oceanside Beach, San Diego County locality, by Sd Malkin Properties: real estate company of Scott Malkin, former founder of Value Retail which manages the Bicester Village Shopping Collection, of which the Fidenza Village.
The Mission Pacific Hotel has 161 rooms in particular, including 38 suites. Added to this is a rooftop with a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi with private cabins, tables and sofas. Other amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, library, and over 1,200 square meters of conference space with ocean views. On the culinary front, guests will also be able to enjoy four different food and wine experiences, ranging from surf-casual to haute cuisine.
Open May 25, next to Mission Pacific itself, on Seabird Resort boasts marine-style architecture. The hotel has 226 rooms and it’s a real beachfront design resort. Facilities include a swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the ocean, as well as the Shelter club: a poolside gazebo where hotel guests can enjoy drinks and snacks; Sunny’s spa and Beauty lounge also offer a series of wellness and beauty treatments. Also available is a library and over 185 square meters of space for conferences and ceremonies. The heart of the two innovative food and wine proposals of the structure is the creative cuisine of the chef Kurtis Habecker, which uses only natural and local products, made by the small farms of San Diego. Open kitchen and an area for hand-made pasta, instead, for the Piper Restaurant, which offers local dishes to celebrate authentic Californian cuisine.
