Royal Air Maroc reaffirms the obligation of the Green Pass for passenger access to Italian airports

Royal Air Maroc informs its passengers with an official note about the obligation to use the Green Pass: “With reference to the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 28 August 2021, for the containment of the spread of Covid-19 in public transport, we point out that to be able to access Italian airports, it is mandatory to be in possession of the Green Pass. We inform you that the measures contained in the aforementioned Guidelines are in force from 1 September 2021 and until 31 December 2021, the deadline for the end of the state of emergency “.

The company explains that as envisaged by ENAC “With immediate effect, access to the sterile area is allowed only to passengers in possession of a covid health certificate (vaccination, recovery or 48h negative swab), with the exception of excluded subjects by age from the vaccination campaign (currently citizens under the age of 12, awaiting confirmation from Usmaf, subjects exempt on the basis of medical certification, citizens of the Republic of San Marino.

Pursuant to the current regulatory framework, it is also pointed out that in the event that passengers have as their destination one of the states in which the green Covid-19 certification is not in force, in any case the same, to access the sensitive area of ​​the airport, must be in possession of one of the certifications referred to in Article 9, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 22 April 2021, n.52 “.

Royal Air Maroc also reports to its own passengers bound for African destinations on the network, which “must comply with the health policies of the country of destination, as well as possess the requisites required by the Ministry of Health in Italy to be able to access all Italian airports at departure”.

In addition to the above, the Royal Air Maroc policy of 30 August 2021 is always valid for travel to Morocco and / or Africa.
