The recruiting process will take place in five stages. After online registration, for which it is necessary to attach your curriculum vitae, the LavoroTurismo.it staff will examine the profiles sent and will make a first selection. For the profiles considered suitable, a video interview with a LavoroTurismo.it recruiter is foreseen, followed by language tests to be carried out online. The last phase is that of the video link meeting with Costa Cruises recruiters, which will take place during the recruiting days on 1st and 2nd September.
The new hires that will be made through the recruiting days will support the program for the gradual return to service of the ships of the Costa fleet. Throughout the summer of 2021, the Italian company will operate with four ships, two of which in the western Mediterranean, Costa Smeralda and Costa Firenze, and two in the eastern Mediterranean, Costa Luminosa and Costa Deliziosa, all with departures from Italy. From the end of September onwards, the gradual restarting of further ships in the fleet is expected.
