A structured program of qualified internship for young people studying at university and who wish to build their working future in the hospitality sector. Constance Hotels & Resorts group signs a historic memorandum of understanding (mou) between the National University of the Maldives, Constance Moofushi and Constance Halaveli. The signing of this memorandum of understanding represents a significant step in improving relations between the faculty of studies dedicated to tourism and hospitality and the Maldivian resorts of the Constance group.

The two structures involved will take care of a group of students each year and will provide them with fundamental knowledge and resources to pursue a career in hospitality, as well as train them directly with internships in the field, within the resorts.
