The Ecoluxury Fair of Viaggi dell’Elefante will be held in Rome from 5 to 7 November

Enrico Ducrot

Preparations are underway for the Ecoluxury Fair, whose appointment is for 5, 6 and 7 November in Rome. Announced a few months ago by Enrico Ducrot, on the occasion of the celebrations for the fifteenth anniversary of the project Ecoluxury, the appointment was born after two years of work, thanks to the collaboration of all the partners of the same Ecoluxury and the organization of Viaggi Dell’Elefante.

The chosen location is Palazzo Taverna, one of the most extraordinary and at the same time least known noble buildings in the historic center of Rome. To open the fair there will be a forum on sustainability, with panels dedicated to topics such as high-end hospitality, territorial development, smart-mobility and finance: testimonials not only from experts, but also from owners and representatives of Italian and international excellence will be presented to the market. Special guest and official sponsor of the event will be the Israel Tourism Board, in the figure of the director Kalanit Goren Perry and the marketing manager Pietro de Arena.

«My intent is to give a strong sign of optimism and to spread confidence in the future and progress not only of our sector, but of society as a whole – says Ducrot himself, creator of the Ecoluxury project -. Many partners are supporting us, including Israel, world champion of innovation, sustainability and the fight against Covid, and even more travel agents who want to be present “

«In Israel we have always had an eye for sustainability and ecology; luxury tourism, combined with a responsible and innovative vision of the environment, represents a truly important segment and will be one of the first to resume in the coming months also from Italy – echoes Kalanit Goren Perry, director of the Israeli National Office of tourism -. An exceptional opportunity to promote our country from an aspect still partly unknown to the Italian public, but which will be welcomed with great interest by all those who are planning a return to Israel “

On November 7, the last day of work, the travel agents invited will also be able to enjoy some unusual visits to the city of Rome, organized in collaboration with Agta (Association of licensed tourist guides), who in turn will be able to offer them to their customers; an initiative that has helped to earn the Ecoluxury Fair the patronage of the Department of Sport, Tourism, Youth Policies and major city events of Rome Capital.
