The International Transport and Logistics Fair (SITL) will bring together 550 exhibitors from September 13 to 15 at Porte de Versailles (Paris XVth). The organizer Reed Expositions France expects some 30,000 professionals for an edition that will be accompanied by a digital session.
The offer for this edition will be divided into eight areas covering all areas of freight, logistics and supply chains. Visitors will be able to browse the Transport and Logistics Services, Robotics & Automation Intralogistics, Real Estate & Logistics Infrastructures, and IoT Technologies & Information Systems areas. Or Energy & Transport Equipment, Packaging, Packaging & Pallet, Safety, Security & Cyber, while an area will be dedicated to the Special “Cold Village” Prize of the Selfi company.
Health crisis obliges, the logistics meeting is becoming digital in turn. The MySITL.com site will therefore offer to follow the numerous conferences that will punctuate the event online. The portal will also make it possible to arrange remote appointments, as well as making contact by messaging. The “Virtual Routes” will also make it possible to generate for each visitor a route targeting the exhibitors who best match their research. Green, connected, secure or multimodal logistics are the four main themes that will mark out these routes.
The show is also equipped with Morning Meetings intended to address various themes in the sector, such as omnichannel, robotics or customs issues. Covering 400 square meters, the Entrepôt du Futur will allow visitors to discover the latest innovations in terms of intralogistics, with a particular focus on eco-responsible systems. The Start-up lab village will bring together young innovative structures, which will try to win the Start-up Contest. The three days will also see successive speeches from various players in logistics and freight.
Pending the launch of the show, which has set its next edition in Villepinte from April 5 to 8, 2022, professionals can find the SITLonline Morning in replay on the event site. Three thematic conferences that have been held since June 30, and which have brought together professionals and experts around three themes: night-time urban delivery, international transport disruptions and rail freight.
