Febc Group expands the range of hospitality services by launching a new ad hoc division

A multimodal solutions company for hospitality, able to accompany international brands from design to delivery. This is the goal of new hospitality division of febc Group, presented at the International Hotel Investment Forum (Ihif) being held in Berlin. The idea is to provide a complete suite of services: from consultancy in the pre-opening phase to the creation and implementation of f & b concepts, without forgetting procurement, supply chain management and turnkey services. All with a flexible approach capable of modeling itself on the standards and procedures of each reality, responding to the needs of independent properties as well as franchised structures.

Present in 12 markets in the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe, the team dedicated to pre-opening aims to play a key role in expanding the group’s skills. He will deal with the analysis and management of critical issues, market research, concept development, drafting of the Sop, purchasing management, recruitment and definition of standards and operational solutions. The new business model proposed by febc Group is based on the optimization of the budget for pre-opening and payroll, in favor of better cash flow management by the owners and management.

But febc Group also launched a vertical business unit dedicated to food & beverage services, ranging from design to implementation. To develop it, he announced that the former global director of the Michelin Guide and former chief culinary officer at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Michael Ellis, he will join the group as president of the f & b and culinary experiences area and lead the new f & b division, taking inspiration from the latest trends, culinary styles, design innovations and market best practices. Ellis will work closely with Simone Tired, general manager hospitality solutions, to bring creative culinary ideas, projects and concepts to life. Stanco has over 25 years of hospitality and pre-opening experience, having launched some of the largest hospitality brands in the Middle East and Asian markets.
