Among the many places in the world to hide from prying eyes, one of the best is beyond Salt Lake City, capital of the state of Utah (USA). This was done by actress Katherine Heigl along with her family, country singer-songwriter Josh Kelley and the couple’s three children (Nancy, Joshua and Adelaide). It was during confinement that Trump’s America also folded in March 2020, although settling on a 62,700 m2 ranch does not exactly match the meaning we usually give to confinement. He has just put it on the market for 3.3 million euros.

The estate is nestled in the mountains above the small town of Oakley, just over an hour’s drive east of Salt Lake City and houses a stone-roofed main mansion with metal roofs joined by a guest house. and that, despite the total size (500 m2) together with what we usually tell you in cases of a similar nature, it has only four bedrooms and as many bathrooms.
Otherwise, thick wooden beams and floors of the same material, living room and dining room, stone fireplace and windows open to the mountains. Outside, a bucolic bridge spans a pond next to the main entrance, a partially covered stone patio.

A bridge crosses the small pond that borders the house.

Next to this ranch, Heigl and her husband own a larger one that they bought in 2007, the same year they got married: no less than 10 hectares, that is, 100,000 m2, with a 725 m2 house and which they tried to sell unsuccessfully in 2019.
