The anticipated premiere of Mare of Easttown It has met expectations, and to spare. Doing something well within the crime and police genre is complicated, especially if you want to surprise the viewer with each twist of the script. It’s difficult to create content that leaves you on the edge of the couch with your heart racing with each episode that passes, but the series created by Brad Ingelsby for HBO has succeeded.
Kate Winslet stars in the series, in the role of Marianne ‘Mare’ Sheehan, a police detective who investigates the murder of a girl and the disappearance of another in a small town near the city of Philadelphia (United States), and that we could consider it to be one of his best work to date.
The miniseries is probably one of the best dramatic series of 2021 so far, and the truth is, just a week after the premiere of the final episode, there are already those who regret not being able to overcome what this series has meant, an artistic spectacle and audiovisual, full of performances with infinite talent.
Therefore, and to try to fill the gap that the series has left, we recommend some magnificent series of the genre so that you can try to overcome this bump.
